Callum Fergie leads the company’s vision and mission, with responsibility for all strategy, marketing, corporate and partnership development.
Callum is a strategic and visionary thinker, business-minded with strong creative, analytical and operational experience. He is a member of the Executive MBA program at the Australian Institute of Business and serves as a keynote speaker for events dedicated to innovation, globalisation and business strategy. These include talks to UCLA Anderson Business School, Rutgers MBA Business School, Duke Corporate Education Singapore, and Michigan State University.
During the 90s and 2000s, whilst living in Saudi Arabia, Callum dealt with several emerging, dynamic and complex regional risks with local threats. Having directly experienced several terrorist incidents and survived a kidnapping he has a unique understanding of high-risk situations. Throughout his time in the Middle East Callum developed a strong ability of identifying, assessing and managing risks. Building resilience to quickly adapt to adversity, cope with and handle crisis to return to a pre-crisis status quickly. This skillset has taught him how to manage uncertainty within complex environments.
Commencing business building activities from 2008 and onwards, Callum’s entrepreneurial ventures experienced accelerated growth, employing hundreds of staff with scaled operations across 4 continents and clients in 16 countries. His versatility enables him to execute on a multitude of different roles and functions simultaneously ensuring desired outcomes are delivered. Callum has sat on and advised over several boards, including technology start-ups, industry federations, NPOs and start-up accelerators. He is skilled at building organisations to scale with a self-taught methodology that can be adopted by dynamic leadership teams. This capacity and approach has allowed him to manage a diverse range of engagements and to develop growth in difficult-to-navigate markets.
Callum has dedicated his time to philanthropy and CSR activities with a focus on the Environment. In 2015, Callum co-founded an NGO in Vietnam focused on education and volunteering for environmental conservation. Having grown the NGO into becoming a national movement, springing up dozens of other similar projects with tens of thousands of volunteers and being featured on both Reuters and the Wall Street Journal. Callum has now incorporated CSR as a key objective within the vision of Eagle Edge by cultivating a passion driven commitment to these causes within the company’s culture.
Today, Callum focuses on the Australian market and has engaged with Entrepreneurs and Business Leaders in high-growth industries, including: financial services, healthcare, education, public administration, real estate, technology, acquisition-oriented, and other industries to help them manage risk, build resilience and accelerate growth.

Callum is an avid adventure sports enthusiast and world traveller. Having travelled to over 50 countries, he is fascinated by different cultures, societies, and ways of life.
